All GX partners are subject to an initial and ongoing compliance check, part of GX's broader risk management and governance framework. Partners are expected to cooperate fully with GX compliance reviews and requests for information, provide accurate, complete, and timely documentation, and notify GX promptly of any material compliance risks or changes. Where gaps or risks are identified, GX will work with partners to agree corrective action plans and reasonable remediation timelines.
